For our elementary students, spend some time READING on myON to support our school in winning $$ for our school! See the information below

Grade Level Newsletter
Each month, teachers will create a grade level newsletter with important information for the month. Teachers will send these directly to families, but we will also link the newsletters in the Howl for you.

Thanksgiving Break Reading Challenge
This year’s November reading challenge has some exciting changes! In addition to minutes spent reading on myON, we will also include reading data from Sora and Learning Ally:
- Sora is the app used for the district digital library and is available via ClassLink. Minutes spent reading eBooks and/or listening to audiobooks will count towards minute totals for each school.
- Learning Ally is a program that many, but not all, schools have. This program allows access to audiobooks for educators and striving readers. Minutes spent listening to audiobooks on Learning Ally will count towards minute totals for each school.
Cold Weather is Here
Winter weather is here! Students should come to school properly dressed for the weather. We will be going outside during the school day at lunch recess when the temperature is at or above 20 degrees Fahrenheit. As the temperatures get colder, students are encouraged to have the following items: winter hat for outside, gloves/mittens, and warm and dry shoes. Please make sure that your child has the right clothing for them to feel comfortable both inside and outside of the building.
Winter Celebration of the Pinata
Join us on Thursday December 5th from 3:45-5:15 pm in the Timberline Cafeteria to decorate a pinata with your child. We will have free books for students (while supplies last).
