Principal’s Den
Dear Timberline Families,
Last week, our students worked diligently on their diagnostic assessments, showcasing their academic progress. We also had a wonderful Winter Celebration of the Piñata with nearly 400 people. Thanks to everyone that participated… it was wonderful to see families creating piñata masterpieces!
The Timberline girls’ basketball team is gearing up for their first home game, and we invite you to join us in cheering them on as they hit the court with determination and team spirit on Monday, December 9th.
We are featuring all of the amazing things happening in our classrooms on social media. You can find us at:

Canned Food Drive
The St. Vrain Canned Food Drive starts Monday, December 2nd. Timberline’s Student Council will be collecting non-perishable items through December 13th. We have prizes for the classes that bring in the most donations. Thank you for your support!
Lost and Found
We have a large collection of items in both lost and found areas. Please feel free to visit the Lost and Found outside of student learning hours to collect your items. Any remaining items will be donated over winter break.
Parents Involved in Education (PIE)
The PIE Organization will meet Tuesday, 12/10 with a presentation titled, “Family Empowerment.” We are wearing pajamas for this final session of the year. Join us for a delicious dinner beginning at 5:15pm. The presentation will begin at 6pm, and childcare is available. More information can be found here.
Cold Weather is Here
Winter weather is here! Students should come to school properly dressed for the weather. We will be going outside during the school day at lunch recess when the temperature is at or above 20 degrees Fahrenheit. As the temperatures get colder, students are encouraged to have the following items: winter hat for outside, gloves/mittens, and warm and dry shoes. Please make sure that your child has the right clothing for them to feel comfortable both inside and outside of the building.
