Math Jump Start July 25th – Aug. 5th

Rising 7th and 8th grade students get a head start on grade level math curriculum, real world applications and STEM program exploration in St. Vrain. The goal is to increase efficacy in mathematics and connect students to potential college and careers.

Program Design

Academic proficiency is an important district goal for all students. Research shows that extended school year learning opportunities positively affect student success. 

Jump Start program includes:

  • Entering grade level Unit 1 preparation
  • Mathematics concept application with hands on activities
  • Field trips to St. Vrain sites to explore STEM programs 
  • STEM career exploration
  • Transportation from specific pick-up sites provided
  • Breakfast and lunch
  • Incoming 7th, and 8th grade students
  • Available at no cost to families

Dates & Times

Monday — Friday,  July 25 – 29 & August 1 – 5

8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Registration by June 30, 2022.
